What's included
Yoga session of your choice
Mats will be provided for the Yoga sessions.
Delicious detoxing fruit smoothies (1.5 & 2 hour sessions).
Massage: The group will massage each other sensitive acupressure points of the scalp and neck leaving you feeling totally chilled out and you will be guided to pamper each other with a heavenly hand or foot massage (2 hour sessions)
Deep relaxation to calm the nervous system. (2 hour session)
