Laughter & Yoga Session - 1 hour or 1.5 hour

A great interactive hen party activity to get people in high spirits. This activity involves a combination of games and laughter exercises and fun yoga. A perfect way to start any Hen Party! Enjoy all the usual fun and laughter but with less of a hangover.

The session ends with a deep relaxation designed to release any of the Bride's stress and anxiety.

No experience needed. All mats provided

Includes

  • Laughter Exercises to start the Hen Party on a 'natural high'.
  • Team Building games to help the Hen party bond.
  • Partner Yoga to help get to know each other using stretches in a playful way.
  • Head Massage using manual head massagers in pairs to leave you feeling totally chilled out.
